While the upcoming BFRB Guide is a do-it-yourself way, some aren't as self-directed as others and will benefit from talking to someone. Either way, now and in the future, coaching is available for anyone who has read the guide as well as those who haven't.
Availability is flexible (incuding weekends), and payment options are broad. We'll schedule and do one session, and from there, you're welcome to schedule additional sessions if you'd like.
